About Anesu Consulting
A black female owned professional accounting, tax and business advisory firm based in Johannesburg, South Africa, helping small and medium-sized businesses manage their finances with confidence.
Who we are
More Than Accountants. We Are Partners in Your Business Growth.
Running a business takes courage, commitment and countless decisions. You should not have to make those decisions without a clear understanding of your finances.
Anesu Consulting is an accounting, tax and business advisory firm based in Johannesburg. We help small and medium-sized businesses gain control of their finances, meet their compliance obligations and grow with confidence.
With more than 16 years of professional experience, we understand that accounting is about more than capturing transactions and submitting returns. It is about giving business owners accurate, timely financial information they can use to protect their businesses, improve profitability and plan for the future.
We support start-ups building strong financial foundations, established businesses that have outgrown their current accounting systems, and growing companies that need dependable reporting and practical financial guidance.
Whether we work with you on site in Gauteng or virtually anywhere in South Africa, you can expect responsive service, clear communication and advice that makes sense for your business.
Our story
Built to Give Growing Businesses Better Financial Support
Anesu Consulting was founded with a clear purpose: to give small and medium-sized businesses the quality of financial support often associated with larger companies, delivered with the personal attention of a trusted adviser.
We saw too many business owners receiving financial statements months after the end of their financial year, when the information was already too old to guide their decisions. Important compliance deadlines were treated as emergencies, and valuable opportunities to improve cash flow, reduce risk and strengthen profitability were being missed.
We knew there had to be a better way.
That is why we built our practice around consistent monthly support. We keep your records accurate, monitor your compliance obligations and provide meaningful financial insight while the information is still relevant. Instead of only looking backwards at what has already happened, we help you understand where your business stands today and prepare for what comes next.

Client service philosophy
You deal with people who know your business by name. We agree what we will deliver and when, keep you informed as the work progresses, and answer questions in language that does not require an accounting background.
Business advisory approach
Advice starts with your actual figures, not general principles. We look at profitability, cash flow and cost structure, set out the realistic options, and explain the implications of each so the decision remains yours.
Confidentiality and standards
Client information is treated as confidential and handled in line with professional standards and South African data protection requirements. Records are stored securely and shared only with your authorisation.

Your business is more than a set of numbers, and you are more than another client on a spreadsheet.
We take the time to understand your goals, challenges and daily operations. Our role is to bring clarity to your finances, confidence to your decisions and dependable support throughout every stage of your business journey.
You focus on building the business. We will help you understand the numbers behind it.
